The Franklin County Fire Chiefs’ Association (FCFCA) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing Franklin County and surrounding counties the highest quality of emergency services through its mission.

The mission of the FCFCA is to promote, guide and support practices and legislation for proper firefighting techniques, greater protection for life, property and public safety.
